Description 
To estimate the missing data, the method is used:
>1. Calculation of average data for GDP per capita similar, weighted by the size of the economy reflected by GDP.
>1. The proportionality factor is calculated between the existing real data and their corresponding values for similar GDP per capita.
>1. The missing data is calculated by scaling the average value estimated in point (1) for similar GDP per capita.
