The climate effect can be based on the Climate Risk Index: (CRI) of the German Watch. The indicator is a measure of climate cost per GDP that represents a comparison between the cost of damage and income per capita. Until 2017 German Watch listed the relationship of the CRI with respect to GDP PPP with what the relationship is seen:
Therefore, the CRI can be used directly, limiting the value to a maximum of 100 (minimum damage).
